Ingredients

    1 med. banana
    1/4 walnuts
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1tsp baking soda
    2 tbsp applesauce
    2 tbsp smart balance butter
    1/2cup spelt flour
    1/2cup of almond (or rice) milk
    1/2 cup of water
    cinnamon (I used cinnamon sugar)

Directions

Mix ingredients in bowl, heat skillet with smart balance cook pancakes until done aroud the edges and halfway in diameter before flipping. If you cook on low-med heat they will not burn.

Serving Size: makes 4 med. size pancakes
