    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove)
    *bell pepper - green (1 oz), 1 serving (remove)
    *Red Bell Pepper (1oz.)., 1 serving (remove)
    *Orange Bell Pepper (2.7oz / 75 g), .30 gram (remove)
    Colman's Creamy Chicken Curry Sauce Mix 50g packet as sold, 1 serving (remove)
    *Great Value Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup (remove)


Cut Chicken and Onion into 1/2 inch pieces, Slice or chop peppers.
Cook in frying pan together with oil until chicken is browned - approx 5 minutes.
Add sauce mix with milk - stir together and pour over chicken mixture. Bring to the boil then simmer for approx 20 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve over rice.
