Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
Salt, 1.50 tsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
Cabbage, fresh, 1.50 cup, chopped
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Celery, cooked, 2 stalks
Okra, 1 cup slices
Onions, raw, 1 large
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.80 cup
Tomato, crushed, Furmano, 15 oz
Bake the chicken breasts first, then cut into 1 inch cubes. I throw it all in my slow cooker.
