    3 whole wheat tortillas
    1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
    1 can chili beans, hot
    1 can diced mexican style tomatoes
    1 cup 2% shredded cheese


Makes between 4 and 6 servings, recipe is calculated for 4.
Spray bottom of 5 x 7 pan with cooking spray.
Layer one tortilla in the bottom.
Mix the nacho cheese soup, chili beans and tomatoes in a bowl.
Layer 1/3 of the mixture over the tortilla and sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese.
Repeat twice.
Bake in a 375 degree oven until bubbly and heated through, around 35-45 minutes depending on your oven.
Would like to keep working on this recipe to reduce the sodium. Using fresh ingredients rather than canned would help.
