    2 .25 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 eggs
    1.75 cups sugar
    1 cup pumpkin
    .5 cup canola oil
    .5 cup walnuts
    1 cup cranberries


combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sugar in another bowl, stir in pumpkin and oil. Add in dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries and walnuts just till combined. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes before putting on cooling rack.
