Ingredients

    1 - Medium Sized Cucumber
    1 - Green Pepper
    1 - Red Pepper
    1- Orange Pepper
    1 - Small Onion
    2tsp - Fat free & Low Sodium Italian Dressing

Directions

Cut the cucumbers into slices and dice all the rest. Mix together in a medium size bowl. Add the Italian dressing and mix all together. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to allow the veggies to absorb the dressing then eat. Best if you allow to set over night.
