Number of Servings: 6


    12 large egg whites
    5 medium bananas
    1 c unsweetened applesauce
    1 c Splenda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp almond flavor (or your favorite)
    1 tbs cinnamon (or your favorite)
    3 c oats


Whisk egg whites till foamy. Puree bananas. Mix eggs whites, bananas, and all ingredients, except oats. Blend with a hand mixer. Slowly fold in the oats. Spray a 9x13 pan and pour mixture in . Bake at 350 for 1 hours or until edges pull from the pan.

Cut into 6 pieces and enjoy.
