    1/3 cup white flour
    1 pd cube or round steak
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 can tomatoes ( I use no salt added)
    1 clove garlic minced.
    1 TBS olive oil


Lightly coat steak with flour.
Heat oil in skillet.
lightly brown meat on both sides.
add chopped bell pepper
onion and can of tomatoes
and garlic.
cover and simmer about 1 hour
