    Olive oil
    Garlic cloves
    Red Potatoes
    Chili Powder
    Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
    Water or stock


Chop veggies and sautee in olive oil. Add seasonings and herbs. Toss to coat veggies. Add shredded chicken. Stir to mix. Add lemon juice to deglaze pan, if desired. Add 4 C water. Mix cream, 1.5 C water and flour together until no flour lumps are seen. Add to veggies and chicken mixture in the pot. Add more herbs and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Place lid on the pot and reduce heat to medium low. Cook until carrots and potatoes are tender or until desired flavor and tenderness are reached.
