Ingredients

    russet potatoes
    butter
    fat free half and half
    reduced fat sour cream

Directions

peel and cube potatoes, boil in salted water until soft (test with fork), about 20 minutes (possibly less, depending on cube size). When potatoes are done, drain, then mash. Remove from heat. Add butter, half and half, and sour cream, mix in thoroughly, let sit at least 5 minutes. Add milk if needed to thin.
