    16 oz. ham steaks
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. white cooking wine
    1/4 c. honey
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. kikkoman lite soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. onion powder


1. Combine wine, pineapple chunks (with juice), honey and all spices in a gallon-size ziploc bag.
2. Mix ingredients in bag well.
3. Add ham steaks to ziploc bag, shake to coat well.
4. Place in fridge and allow to marinade for at least 1 hour, turning occassionally to make sure all surfaces are exposed to marinade.
5. Place ham steaks in a covered baking dish & pour marinade over top of steaks.
6. cover and bake at 350* for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. until ham is heated through.


Serves 4. Calorie calculation includes the marinade, so actual consumed calories may be a bit less than shown.
