    1/2 cup almond meal flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
    1 tbsp agave nectar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tbsp cinnamon
    dashes of nutmeg


In a mixing bowl, blend together pumpkin puree, agave nectar, and eggs. Blend until combined. In small batches, add almond flour. Add baking soda, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, sprinkle of salt, and a couple drops of vanilla. Blend.

Pour mixture into mini cupcake pan. Bake in 350F oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely, then add frosting if desired.
