Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 pounds ground deer meat
    2 cups sour cream
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions

Boil and cook pasta per package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Saute onions and mushrooms until carmalized and tender. Add deer meat and saute until browned. Add sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and stir until combined. Add cooked macaroni and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
