Ingredients

    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/2 cup Water
    3 T Lemon Juice
    Garlic, 2 clove minced
    1 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
    5 Chicken Breasts or 2 lbs
    1 T olive oil

Directions

Combine oregano, salt and pepper. Rub all of mixture into chicken. Brown chicken in olive oil in skillet and transfer to slow cooker.
Place water, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon in skillet. Bring to boil, loosening browned bits from skillet. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on High for 2-2.5 hours or Low 4-5 hours. Baste occasionally.
