Number of Servings: 12


    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz container
    1 egg
    1T basil
    1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese

    Mozzarella Cheese
    1 12 oz box of angel hair pasta

    Milk, 1%, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Parma Rosa Sauce (two packages of dry mix that you add milk to from Aldi's)


1. Cook pasta to manufacturer's directions.
2. Combine ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese and basil
3. Make Parma Rosa Sauce (follow package directions)
4. Fill bottom of 9x13 pan with cooked pasta.
5. Add a cup of the sauce over the noodles.
6. Spread ricotta mixture over the pasta.
7. Cover remaining sauce.
8. Top with mozz cheese and remaining parmesean.

Bake 350 for 35 min. Let it rest 10 min before serving.
