    * Shells Small GV, 1 cup (remove)
    * Tomato Sauce (no salt added) GV, 1.75 cup (remove)
    * Turkey Lean Ground, 16 oz (remove)
    * Peppers Green Raw (1 med), 1 serving (remove)
    * Onion Raw 1 Meduim, 1 serving (remove)
    * Cheese Triple Chedder Finely Shredded Kraft, 2 cup
    Water 2 cups
    1/2 tsp garlic powder, pepper, oregano


brown turkey, onion and green pepper. add seasonings, water, and tomato sauce, simmer 15 mins. Add small amount to greased 9x13 pan. Place shells on top then cover with remaining mixture. Cover top with cheese. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
