Ingredients

    1 cup cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 cups cabbage shredded
    1/2 cup slice mushroom
    1/2 cup carrots grated
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 sliced green onions
    1 mandarine orange dvivided into sections

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and add 1/4 cup of non fatAsian or Oriental Salad dressing

    This was so delicious that I wanted to call people and tell them about it! I left out cule (didn't have) added 1 can sliced water chestnuts, added EXTRA cilantro (love it!), and used Newman's own lowfat sesame ginger. Ate it for breakfast it was so good! - 6/1/10

    Absolutely loved the crunchy,refreshing mixture! I used low fat Asian ginger sesame dressing and WOW! Will have again tomorrow. Also, I want to try pork next time so my hubby will eat it!! - 9/6/11
