    3- 6oz chicken breast
    2 red bell peppers
    2 tomatoe
    mushrooms 2 cup or a pack from the store
    1 cup of 2% milk
    whole wheat linguine noodles about 2/3 the box


1. boil noodles
2. put olive oil and garlic in large frying pan and saute
3. add mushrooms, red peppers, and tomatoes
4. put suace and milk in
5. then add noodles
6cook chicken part way in other pan if frozen longer than if thawed then add and suate for a few mintues

Serving Size: makes about 5 or 6 servings of about a cup and half
