I made oat flour by blending the oats I made oat flour by blending the oats

    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.50 tsp
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 0.50 tsp ()
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp ()
    Raisins, 0.50 cup, packed
    Baking Powder, 0.50 tsp
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving put in blender to get 1/2 of oat flour
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2c
    Libby's 100% Pure Pumkin, 0.50 cup

    Whisp the eggs, add all spices , splenda and baking powder. Blend in vannilla, pumkin, raisins then add the oat flower. Put in mini muffins cups

    for a twist mix some softened cream cheese, vanilla paiste and splenda and put on top while hot.


350 degree oven 25 mins
