Ingredients

    Breaded Chicken
    • 2 servings Perdue Perfect Portions, Original
    • 1/4 cup Progresso Italian-style Bread Crumbs
    • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese
    • 1 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 2 tbsp italian seasoning

    Pasta & Sauce
    • 3 oz vermicelli
    • 1 (6 oz) can Hunt's Tomatoes Paste, no salt added
    • 1 (6 oz) can water
    • 1 packet Lipton Spagheti Sauce Mix **
    • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

** Saunders' have used a special kind of seasoning, which is extremely difficult to find, nutrition facts will differ depending on type of seasoning used.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a ziplock bag, add bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of grated cheese and herbs (not spagheti seasoning). It's shake-n-bake time, place one breast in bag and shake until fully covered. Place in oven safe dish.
  3. Cover and cook chicken for 45 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in saucepan, bring water to boil for noodles as directed.
  5. In additional sauce pan add paste and water; mix until smooth. Add in spaghetti seasoning; cover. Over low heat, simmer, stirring occasionally.
  6. When chicken is done, spoon sauce over chicken then top with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Recover and cook for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  7. Serve chicken with side of spaghetti.
