    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 pkg yeast
    1 1/2 tsp sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2/3 cup warm water
    1 cup pizza sauce
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 serving turkey pepperoni

    Any veggies you would like


preheat ovent to 425 degrees

combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt into a bowl, combine well add water and oil, mx till well blended, add remaining flour until well formed ball forms, will be sticky

knead on a floured service till smooth and elastic, about 3-4 minutes.

With floured hands press out into crust shape or roll out

Once rolled out to desired size, transfer to pizza stone/pan

add pizza sauce, toppings bake about 14-15 minutes

Serving Size: slice into 8 slices
