    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Mushrooms, cooked, 0.5 cup pieces (remove)
    *Boca Burgers Original, 1 serving(s) (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)


Soute onion, garlic and sliced mushroom with spray oil, add boca textured meat. seasin to taste with salt and pepper and whatever seasoning and herbs you have on hand. Add tomato sauce, cook 10 minutes.
Stuff the pepper with the stuffing. drizzle a bit of live oil and bake in the 375 oven for 30-40 minutes.
