    chicken, cut in to bite size pieces
    butternut squash, peeled, cut in 1 inch pcs.
    onions, chopped
    olive oil
    green onions (shalltos)
    lemon juice
    chicken broth
    green olives


Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, spices, 1/2 green onions and garlic for an hr. or so. Brown squash and onion in olive oil, stirring often for about 5 min. til softened. Add chicken broth and parsley. Bring to a boil. Add chicken and marinade, cook until chicken is tender. Add olives to 1 c. water with cornstarch and rest of green onions. Cook, stirring contantly until sauce is thickened.

I served with brussells sprouts.
