    1 lb monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup feta cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
    2 eggs beaten
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 large package of puff pastry


Filling:Combine the cheeses, the parsley the eggs in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cut the puff pastry into 32 strips and then roll each strip into a ball. Put all balls into a plastic bag together with 1/2 cup of flour.Shake bag so that each bag is lightly coated with the flour. Take one ball at a time shake off the excess flour and roll out until its flat approximately the size of a saucer. place a teaspoon of the filling on one half of the dough and brush the melted butter on the other half.fold the dough over the filling side and crumpled the edges together.
Baking: Brush eggs over the top of each beoreg and bake at 350 degrees fror 45 minutes.
