    1/2 of a box of Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni
    1 can of diced tomato with oregano, basil and garlic
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tsp of Olive oil


Boil pasta until desired doneness
sautee garlic clove in olive oil
drain pasta
add the garlic clove, seasonings, can of diced tomatos, and pasta to pot, stir unitl well mixed. add'l olive oil may be added after mixed. I cook up a batch of this and have enough leftover for a couple of days at work. Stays good in fridge for about 7 -10 days. Can be used as main dish or a side dish. If using as a side dish cut portions in half. Makes 5 3/4 - 1 C servings

Extra veggies can be added for flavor and for bulk - diced cooked chicken can be added for extra protein -
