Introduction

The sodium count listed in the nutritional info is higher than it is in reality since the black beans are rinsed, eliminating a lot of the sodium. Mashed in with the turkey, they help the burgers not be dry. Even my picky, greasy burger loving boyfriend likes these. Ingredients

    10 oz. 99% fat-free ground turkey
    1/2 can black beans, rinsed
    2 Tbsp light sour cream
    2 Tbsp Salsa
    2 Whole wheat hamburger buns

Directions

Rinse black beans. Mash them and mix in with turkey until well incorporated. Form into two patties and grill them. Top each with a Tbsp of sour cream and salsa. Yum!
