Introduction

My vegan version of my mothers pasta salad. My vegan version of my mothers pasta salad.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Garden (tricolored) twirl pasta
    1/2 tbsp of soy free Earth Balance
    1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives
    I small jar diced pimientos
    I tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup of walnuts
    garlic salt and garlic powder to taste!

Directions

Bring water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until pasta reaches desired constituency. Drain and rinse pasta, set aside.

In non-stick pan add butter and melt on medium heat. Once melted add pasta, drained olives, drained pimientos, walnuts, and garlic last, then stir. Add garlic powder and salt to taste. Cook until warm through.

Serve and enjoy!

Note: Pimientos not factored into nutritional value.
