Ingredients

    *Safeway 15-Bean Soup Mix (dry), 1 cup (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup (remove)
    *Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 16 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

soak beans over night, drain and rinse the next day. add beans, garlic, beef broth, and water to crock. set timer for 10hrs and cook on high heat. when it bubbles; add tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, and spice packet. continue to cook on high temp. when timer shows 4hrs remaining add beef kielbasa and continue cooking to time ends. serve immediately.
