    1 c flour
    1/2 c wheat flour
    1/2 c cornmeal
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c sugar
    1 egg
    1 c milk
    2 c cranberries


preheat oven to 400
sift flours and powder, stir in other dry ingredients
use mixer to cream butter and sugar until fluffy. add egg and blend well. add dry ingredients alternating with milk and then add cranberries.
spoon into muffin pan
bake 20-22 minutes
