    12 Low Fat Nilla Wafers
    16oz Low Fat cream cheese
    1/4C plus 2 packets Truvia
    1/2t vanilla
    1/2C Egg Beaters
    Comstock no sugar cherry pie filling


Line muffin tins with foil cupcake papers. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese till smooth. Add Truvia & vanilla, mix well. Beat in egg till smooth. Pour in muffin tins & bake at 350 for 20 min. till centers are set. Refrigerate over night. Place about 4 cherries on each cupcake.
