Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup sorghum flour
    4 tsp baking soda
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup shortening
    1 cup milk


Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. stir in egg and milk. Pour into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 425 until lightly browned. Makes 12 muffins
