    1 cup Chopped Asparagus
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
    1/2 cup shredded 2% mozerella cheese
    1 T minced Garlic


Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Evening spread out broccoli, Asparagus, and mushrooms. Sprinkled with Garlic, then cover with cheese and bake at 425 until tender.

You can precook your veggies if you like them more done by steaming them first until they are half cooked then put them in the pan. I like mine a bit crisp still so I don't
