Introduction

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 350*
    spray 2 9 inch round pans or one bunt pan
    Mix
    2 cups pure stevia (measures like 2 cups sugar)
    1.75 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    .75 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

    add
    2 eggs
    .3 cup oil
    1 cup 1% milk

    and mix thoroughly

    Add 1 cup BOILING water and mix thoroughly

    Pour into pan and bake until done

    Very Good
    I added 2 tsp good vanilla to this and made a raspberry sauce to spoon over instead of frosting. Does the trick when you are craving chocolate and sugar/calories are a concern. - 11/5/16
