    3 medium squash sliced
    1 large slice of onion diced
    3 strips bacon diced
    2 tbsp water


cook bacon in skillet. Add onion and sautee for 2-3 minutes. Add squash. Sautee 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Add water as needed so the squash does not stick to the pan.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
