    Jelly mango Goya, 2 tbsp
    Salsa Tostitios chunky mild, 1 tbsp
    Jerk seasoning Boston dry JCS, 3 tsp
    Tilapia fillets Sea Best, 12 oz


Wash & pat dry fish (mine cooked from frozen). Sprinkle dry jerk seasoning on both sides of fish. Put in baking pan. Mix together mango jam & salsa & spread over top of fish. Bake in 400 degree oven 20 minutes (if frozen bake 30 minutes). Do not turn. Last 10 minutes turn oven up to 450 degrees.
