    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 6 oz
    *BUMBLE BEE White Crabmeat, 6 oz
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 3 oz.
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Green Onions, 1 bunch, chopped
    *Heart Smart Bisquick .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/8 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid .5 cup or 2 large eggs


Heat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie plate.

Mix crabmeat, cheeses, and onions. Blend until cream cheese is as smooth as you like. Pour into pie plate.

Stir remaining ingredients in bowl with fork unti blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (some cheese may stick to knife). Let stand 10 min. before cutting.
