Number of Servings: 16


    16 oz cooked pumpkin (can use frozen if well drained)
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix (dry)
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 melted becel margarine


Beat eggs with whisk. Add pumpkin, milk, sugars, spice and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into 9 x 12 pan sprayed with non stick spray. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of the pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with pecans evenly. Drizzle melted becel over the cake. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Knife inserted into center should come out clean. Cool for 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Cut into 16 pieces. Serve with cool whip or whipping cream if desired. Not inclued.
