    Pie crust
    5 eggs
    1 cup cream
    veggies and seasonings to your taste I use parmesean, sauteed onions, mushrooms and tomato.
    I use onion powder, ground oregano & sea salt to taste (i generously sprinkle in egg mixture prior to cooking)


bake pie crust at 425 until golden (use wax paper and rice to keep bottom of crust from bubbling up while cooking)
Mix eggs, cream, & seasoning in bowl.
sautee mushrooms and onions until golden.(salt to taste)
when pie crust is done, remove from oven and sprinkle cheese, mushrooms & onions evenly in bottom of crust.
Sautee tomato briefly in hot mushroom / onion pan & then add it evenly in to pie crust
Pour seasoned egg / cream mixture in to crust & cover with tin foil
bake at 425 degrees on cookie sheet or tin foil sheet to keep from spilling in oven for approximately 20 minutes or until center of pie is JUST firm.
