    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    2 c. cauliflower, chopped
    1/4 c. black olives, sliced
    8 oz.. crab meat*
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 c. Ranch dressing, low fat


Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Add olives, crab meat and cucumber pieces. Toss with salad dressing. Chill at least 2 hours. *Note: You can use imitation crab if you'd like, but will change the nutrition count.
