Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 cups Dark Corn Syrup
    1 Tbs. Honey
    2 cups Natural Peanut Butter
    2 Tbs. Cocoa Powder
    1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 cups Protein Powder
    3 cups Rolled Oats, pureed into powder
    4 cups Cocoa Crispies Cereal

Directions

Mix first six ingredients in mixer.
Add protein powder and mix thoroughly.
Slowly add in oats and crispies.
Once mixed well, roll mixture into 11.5X15 pan coated with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 1 hour and cut into 30 bars.

Tip: Refrigerate bars to keep fresh longer.
Dried fruit or nuts can also be mixed in to taste.

    These are easy to make and surprisingly tasty. I substituted brown rice syrup for the corn syrup and they turned out great. Perfect energy pick me up. - 5/31/09
