    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup
    Sweet peppers (bell), 4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Ground beef, lean, 4 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs)
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small


Cook white rice drain set aside. Mix egg, ground beef,onion,garlic,1/2 jar spaghetti sauce with hands & add rice.Clean & cut pepper wedges set aside. Stuff pepper wedges with mixture cook 45- 1 hour till ground beef is done.
