    b. squash, parsnips, frozen chopped broccoli, whole wheat penne or corkscrew pasta, vegetable broth, butter, vegetable broth, pumpkin seeds, cheddar cheese


roast b. squash and parsnips until tender. Chop into cubes. Puree half of b. squash cubes with vegetable broth, nutmeg, and butter. Cook pasta and drain. Mix pasta, puree, and veggies into an oven safe casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top, then sprinkle an even layer of pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake @350'F until pumpkin seeds are toasted.
