    3 medium-large bell peppers
    1 pounds ground turkey
    1 cup uncooked Minute rice
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoons salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs
    30 ounces tomato sauce


Cut tops off the peppers; remove seeds and membranes. Precook peppers in boiling salted water about 5 minutes; drain. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce; mix thoroughly. Stuff peppers and stand upright in small, deep casserole. Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for
60 minutes. (If the peppers are large, allow extra baking time and/or increase the temperature slightly.) Baste peppers with sauce 2 or 3 times during baking.
