    Rutabagas, 1 medium (remove)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 340 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 large (remove)
    *Aidell's Spinach & Feta Chicken Sausage, 4 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    *Baby Carrots- 1 serving=14 carrots, 1 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    *Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 2 cup (remove)


Cook onions in olive oil, rinse/chop mushrooms, chop up chicken sausage, place all ingredients in crockpot on low for 6 hours, or until done.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings about 2 cups each
