Number of Servings: 6


    Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells 'Conchiglie', 7 serving
    Ragu Cheese Light Parmesan Alfredo, 7 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 units
    Shrimp, raw, 30 medium
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .5 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash


Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken on bottom of pot.
Sprinkle onion powder, Allspice and black pepper on chicken.
Pour in 1 cup water and 1/2 cup chicken broth around the chicken.
Pour 1 tbsp each Lemon juice over chicken pieces.
Spread 1 tbsp each minced garlic over chicken pieces.
Pour 1 tbsp each Soy sauce over chicken pieces.
Drain and pour in 1 cup white beans.
Drain and pour in 1 cup corn.
Thaw/detail 30 medium shrimp and place in pot, submerging in liquid as best as possible.
Cover and set on Low for about 5 1/2 hours.
About half an hour prior to serving, using a bamboo spatula, break up the chicken pieces into smaller chunks.
Add the Alfredo sauce and mix in the pasta shells.
Cover and let heat for another 1/2 hour.
