Hot, steamy and delicious on a cold day--and not too sweet Hot, steamy and delicious on a cold day--and not too sweet
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. 1% milk
    1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
    1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

Mix sugar and cocoa in large mug.
Add 2 tablespoons of the milk and stir to form a paste.
Add rest of milk and stir until blended.
Steam with an espresso maker to 172° F (or heat in a pan).
