Ingredients

    5 lb bone-in turkey breast (160 calories)
    12 servings mashed potatoes (141 calories)

Directions

Thawing instructions: Keep frozen, thaw before roasting. Thaw in original bag in refrigerator. Allow one day of thawing for every five pounds of turkey.

Roasting instructions: Place turkey breast in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil or butter. Season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees approximately 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 hours for a 4 to 6 lb turkey breast until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees. After about 1 to 1-1/2 hours, cover breast with foil to keep from getting too dry. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, bread stuffing, green bean casserole, dinner rolls, and Edward Cullen dessert.
