Introduction

Curry chicken salad recipe using fat free greek yogurt rather than mayo. Curry chicken salad recipe using fat free greek yogurt rather than mayo.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken (canned or shredded)
    Plain Greek Yogurt
    Curry Powder
    Raisins (or you could use grapes)
    Slivered almonds
    Cilantro

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. I don't add curry powder all at once and just keep adding it to taste. Refrigerate overnight before serving to allow flavors to sink in. You could use golden raisins or grapes instead of brown raisins. I like to eat this with green apple slices.

Serving Size: Makes three larger servings or four smaller ones.
