Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Chicken Breast halves, no skin, bone and skin removed, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/2 cup Onions, raw, sliced
    3 cloves minced Garlic
    4 oz Chardonay
    1 1/2 cup Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth
    1/4 tsp Saffron threads
    1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup chopped fresh Parsley for garnish

Directions

Heat saute pan on high and put oil into it. Season chicken and saute on both sides until golden. Set aside in a warm oven, covered. In chicken pan, place onions and garlic and cook until tender. Add wine and deglaze pan. Add chicken broth and saffron. Reduce liquid for 10 minutes. Add cream and season to taste. Pour sauce over chicken, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
