    *Macaroni, enriched, 1.666 cup elbow shaped (remove)
    *Argo Cornstarch, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Salt, Kroger SALT IODIZED,1/4 tsp(1.5g), 4 serving (remove)
    *1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Nestle Carnation Evaporated Lowfat 2% milk, 12 oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)


Preheat oven to 375. grease 2 qt casserole dish.
combine dry ingredients
stir in milk, water and butter bring to boil.
boil for 1 minute remove from heat.
added shredded cheese and then macaroni.
pour into casserole dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes
